TriCOPTER600

Hi everyone,

I love creating my own frames, tricopters were always in my TO DO list so I decided to check out what spare parts I have and create my own one.

The idea was to create a cheap FPV_Tricopter, stable for soaring the sky and portable, out of my spare electronics using my design skills and my 3D printer,

The TriCOPTER600 is a great sky explorer FPV flyer, cheap and very easy to build. I used Inav FW since I wanted some autonomy features but you have other great tricopter FW in case you want to try out.

Tools and Parts links

• Flight Board Omnibus F3 - 1 board
• Esc's 30A -3Pcs
• Brushless motors Emax 2215 905Kv's -3Pcs
• Flight Board Digital 9gr metal gear servo - 3 Servo's
• 10" Propellers Gemfan prop for 3S or 8" props for 4s setup! - Buy some pairs
• Vtx Eachine Vtx TX801.
• FPV cam Eachine CCD cam 1000TVL.
• Antenna Pagoda.
• Radio control Taranis Special edition Or Cheaper Taranis X7.
• If you dont have a receiver FrSky X8R.
• For autonomy features you will need a GPS M8N.
• I included some LED's in case you want to have them like me (: 12V LED's.
• I use this Lipo for 3S setup 3S 2200Mah Lipo.
• 1 set M3 allen screws set of various sizes .
• I recommend buying some silicon wires in various sizes .
• For the tricopter arms you will need 12mm wood sticks cutted down to 300mm

Recommended Tools I used:

• Highly recommended Soldering station .
• Free Hands.
• Cable cutter.
• own two printers CR-10 and Tevo Tarntula
• Recommended filaments ABS or PLA
• Multi tool
• I always like to check my connections with a Multimeter

• Hot glue gun

• Download and print the above parts, I have printed all the parts from the recommend ABS filament linked above
• Look at the pictures to get an Idea on how to place everything
