Description

The door handle on our makerspace was getting too hot in the desert sun. An initiative was formed. Two weeks later and our over engineered solution was completed; the monsoon season has started so the handle doesn't get hot anymore.

Designed to scale in blender. Interior diameter is 1-1/20 inches and the height is 6 inches. Should fit around any standard pull handle, or any 1' diameter cylinder. Printed in PLA @ 70% infill; provided excellent results for strength and stability. Front and back pieces were printed on separate machines, snap together quite nicely.
