All parts are pressure/friction fit like legos. Should be strong enough for helmets and Boosted Board remote. Remote clip was designed and optimized for Boosted Board remotes, other remotes might fit. If tolerance are too tight or loose let me know and I will be happy to help.
## Customize
* (Download OpenSCAD if you don't already have it to customize your clip depth)The clips are parameterized, choose your clip orientation, open either Vertical_Clip.scad or Horizontal_Clip.scad file in OpenSCAD and change the value on the first line ( clipDepth ) to your desire thickness (in millimeters). You also need to have the corresponding .stl files in the same location as the .scad file you are editing. Render your clip by pressing F6 then export the STL and slice in your favorite slicer.
Default the vertical clip depth is 20mm deep and Horizontal is 22.25mm.
## Fit
* Some connections might be a little tight but with a little force it should snap in just fine. For pressing the remote clip to the hook body... If you need to, slide a thin hex key or metal ruler between the spring part and the bottom of the top part of the clip and use it for leverage.
* The middle part of the hook body at the top is designed to break apart to clip into the top clips.
* There are two counterbore holes to fit M3 6mm hex Screws (6mm depth max.). This is optional, attach M3 if you plan on holding heavier things but I don't think you really need it as it's a pretty strong connection.
## Attachments
* Print and attach as many Boosted Board remote clips as you like. They snap on to each other.
If you have any questions or ideas for improvements let me know. Enjoy!
