Super Low Profile TUSH - Spool Holder (30x10cm)

This is designed for Colorfabb 2.2kg spools (same as Prusa 2KG NGEN spool). They have a 30cm diameter and 10cm width. Feel free to ask for a specific size if you like the design.

After having tried a few TUSH designs, I found that they are generally a little unstable and will sag under heavy load. I also needed as low a profile as possible.
I designed this to be stronger than you'll ever need and run smooth while avoiding sag after long term use. The spool sits 3mm above the floor.

Print 1 main body and 4 bearing holders.
You need the following to put it together:
4x 608 Bearing
4x M4 nut
4x M4x18 (or longer)
4x M4 washer (no required)

UPDATE 31.08.2018 - I smoothed out the design of the holder and reduced the plastic used quite a bit while maintaining the rigidity
