funnel for grillsauce- / barbeque-/ BBQ-sauce bottles

This thing is a funnel for bottles of barbeque sauces. After cleaning them up, you can easily fill them up another time. I created this funnel to fill my own sauce easier in the bottle.

This funnel fits on the bottleneck of most (german - (Knorr, Kühne etc.) bottles of barbecue sauces on the market. It fits in AND outside, so that you don’t pollute the neck. This makes it easier to fill the bottles and cook them in without difficult cleaning after filling.

WARNING: Please make sure, that you are using the right filament: PLA smelts away fast and you shouldn’t use ABS for food. This is printed in PLA to show form and function. To fill the bottles, I use a funnel printed with PET-G and low temperature (or cold) sauce. I cook them in after filling.

Das hier ist ein Trichter für Grillsaucen-Flaschen (Knorr, Kühne div. Eigenmarken etc.). Nach dem Reinigen, kann man diese prima noch einmal verwenden. Ich habe diesen Trichter gebastelt um meine selbstkreierten Saucen einfacher in die Flaschen füllen zu können.

Der Trichter sitzt auf der Innen- UND Außenseite ziemlich „spack“. Dadurch wackelt an der Stelle auch Nichts und es geht Nichts daneben. Nächster Vorteil: Der Rand bleibt sauber und muss nicht aufwendig gereinigt werden, bevor das Glas verschlossen bzw. versiegelt wird.

ACHTUNG: Pass‘ auf, dass Du das richtige Filament verwendest: PLA schmilzt Dir bereits ab 60°C weg und verformt sich. ABS ist nicht lebensmittelecht. Ich nehme hierfür PET-G. Das kann zwar auch nicht in die Spülmaschine, ist aber einigermaßen temperaturstabil und vor allem: Lebensmittelecht. – Dieser Trichter wurde aus optischen Gründen und als Pilot in PLA gedruckt … sieht auf den Fotos besser aus und kostet weniger. Zum Anpassen reichts. ;)
