Sakura Mold for hot glue injection

*Necessary things

• Glue gun (less than 160 degree)
• Gule stick (EVA)
• PLA filament(HDT more than 140 degree)
  I used this one http://nature3d.net/filament/lfy3m.html
• M3 x 15 screw , nut
• Paint(Aqueous varnish)
• Release agent(Silicon oil)
• Print two mold(infill 100%).
• After sanding, paint aqueous varnish to smooth surface.
• Coat release agent to the top.

桜のマークを作れる射出成型用の樹脂型です。

3Dプリンタで上型と下型を造形（infill 100%）。
研磨後、さらに水性ニスを塗布し表面を平滑化。
その上にシリコンオイルを塗布。

装填したグルースティックを一気に押し込んで射出。
常温に冷えたら型を割って成型品取り出しです。

＊必要なもの

• グルーガン（160℃以下のもの）
• グルースティック（EVA系）
• 耐熱PLAフィラメント（荷重たわみ温度140℃以上を推奨）

• 水性ニス（アクリル系。表面平滑化および離型剤吸い込み止めとして使用）
• シリコンオイル（離型剤として使用）
