Description
A bladeless fan, powered by 120xx fan.
I am curious of whether an Air Amplifier fan can create more air flow than the original fan itself.
So I decide to make one bladeless fan.
I choose 12038 fan because it can create more air flow at lower rpm, which causes less noise. 12025 fans also useable.
The angle is adjustable using the big screw behind the fan. If your printer couldn't handle the screw hole well please print the "04.1 ANGLE ADJUSTING SCREW_LOOSE" instead "04".
Support is needed on 01 LOWER HOUSING, 02 UPPER HOUSING, 05 GRILL
Bill of materials:
Before assembling, you may need to enlarge the locator holes with 1.8mm drill.
If the pins fit tight, gluing may not needed.
At last the whole system causes too much pressure drop, and the air flow seems less than the original fan. Maybe I should try to make bigger gaps around the ring...
