Simple badge holder

Just a simple badge holder, nothing more than a smooth edge around your badge. Cards easily slide in from either side and are tightly snapped in place. Model needs supports to print the overhangs that keep the badge in place.

badge_PVA.stl

This model contains a long, smooth overhang that is best printed with PVA support material, but also doable with PLA as long as you don't mind sanding and finishing afterwards.

badge_durable.stl

This model contains multiple short overhangs which require minimal PLA support. I recommend using high-density support with increased horizontal expansion. With 70% infill and 2mm horizontal expension, you get solid support blocks which easily snap away without damaging the bottom layer.

The durable model split into two parts, in case you would like to print using two different colors. The additional extrusion along the edge ensures that the two halves will tightly stick together.
