Guys, this is an unfinished project.
This supposed to be a walltet-style Moto Snap, with magnets.
The problems that I found are:
- Dimensions are not 100% correct.
- The real moto snap has a metalic pin that is made for securing the rotation of the snap. Mine hasn't, so the snap rotates. There is a hole in the model for that, but i never made it.
- Magnetic force is not that strong. I've made a version with just 1 layer separating the magnets from the phone, and the magnetic force was just ok. A second version was made that i had to glue the magnets on the PLA for minimal clearance, but the magnets were wearing out the black finish of my Z2 Force.
- It really doesnt look good.... Too bulky!
If anyone wants to made a better project, Solidworks files are included!
