Parametric LEGO Sorting Top Tray (#45499) Dividers

Custom dividers for the LEGO sorting top trays (#45499) that come with WeDo 2.0, MINDSTORMS Education EV3, Spike Prime, and Simple Powered Machines kits. These trays also fit the small (#45497), medium (#45498), and large (#9840) LEGO Education storage boxes.

To use, set a parameters to define your desired tray and divider configuration, then print! Works well with any rigid filament (tested with PLA and ABS ). No supports needed.

All options are documented in the SCAD file.

My prints were splitting when they cooled (1.5mm walls, ABS filament), so I added the AntiCrack_Supports option to thicken the ends of the dividers and keep everything together. Increasing nozzle temperature also helped.

For trays with multiple long dividers, setting Connect_Dividers_At_Ends to "yes" will join the ends of the dividers to keep them from flexing and breaking off.
