This is a box for the voice recorder module BX-184M by DH8BQA normally intended to replace the electronics in a MH-31 microphone.

By using this box you have the following features:

• Connect an external headset to your radio
• parrot function (well - obviously)
• possibility to connect an external PPT button / foot button

The setup has been tested with a FT-817 and a Sennheiser Headset.

• 1x BX-184M (can be orderd at funkamateur.de )
• 4x Buttons (for example SCI R13-24A1-05 RD)
• 2x Audio connector 3.5 mm, mono (stereo might work as well)
• 2x Audio connector 3.5 mm, stereo
• 7x short M2 screw
• some cables
• some connectors (I used JST-XH from a kit)

I included the openscad file as well to allow easy modifications of the box. Please forgive me for the ugly code and modifications I did to Ultimate box maker.
