A durable 1.5in and 2in inch Wahl guard for cutting hair. 2 part design for durability and so it doesn't need supports to print. FCStd files uploaded if you wish to modify them. Screw or hot glue the two parts together.
Designed for wahl clipper I got
here.
Should also fit the cordless version
here.
1.2mm wall thickness. 20% infill
Highly recommend a brim as the fins of the guard could use a little more anchoring to the print bed because the amount of surface area touching the bed is small.
If the tab is too tight of a fit on the clippers, shave it down with a file, or nail file.
If you need smaller guards its easy to move the model into negative z axis in the slicer.
To print guards for sides, slice at a 4 degree tilt for a gradual cut up one wahl size. Example picture of the blue guard is a 4 degree tilt from wahl gaurd size 2 up to size 3.
Screws used are countersunk micro machine screws size M1.6, 4mm in length.
linked here at $1.68 for 100 screws. I use them as my 3d printing project screws.
