Power monitor case V2

Finally, an update the the very 1st model I posted here. The original model was very basic and dificult to assemble. This version has a removable front to simplify wiring and assembly. It is a generic part and no longer specifically made for the Anet A6. I also used a new meter that displays: Voltage, Current, Power, Power Factor, Energy in KWh, and Frequency. Linked below. The face mounts with 3mm hardware, the back side is tapered to trap the nut. The body has 3 holes for mounting on a flat surface. see version #1 for DC wiring diag.

Notes and Alterations:

9-14-18 The mounting holes in the back which hold the nut are tapered to catch the nut. To install put the nut on the end of a pen or similar object and push it in from the back. The object is to get the nut jammed in and aligned with the bolt. Once the bolt in tightened a little from the front it should remain pretty firm. Don't over tighten or it will crack. Let me know how this works out.

9-15-18 added a tapered spline in the face mounting holes to allow for self taping screws. These can easily be drilled out if unwanted. Also Reduced minimal diameter to tapered hole behind face mounting bolt to better trap a small nut if desired. Created two additional simplified backs just for fun.

9-17-18 Today I verified that that old meter style will fit fine in the new face. The width is perfect and the height is .5mm over which will be covered by the bezel. I added the pictures of the prototype and removed the work in progress tag.
