On of the 3d-printing moments I love.
Having a problem, solve it in CAD and take out the result from the 3d printer a moment later.
I always used to have a slim USB-Stick on my kechain but after a while they always stopped working. I guess this little cover should solve the problem. I needed to scale a bit in the slicer to find the sweetspot between fitting tightly an not being to hard to remove. my settings for the long side of the opening were 105% scale and the short one 102% scale. This will vary on your printer. There's one version with 2 paths wall thickness and one with 3...
