Shin splints ice cup

A simple cup I made to ice my shin splints. The cup has two parts in the file. The base and a lid. When using the object, first fill the base with water and then add the lid, next continue adding water through the top hole in the lid. After it is nearly full, freeze it. Finally, Remove the lid and begin icing.
