This is my 2nd go at a Lithophane lamp/Gift box. It has been designed to take 1 curved 100 x 100mm Lithophane panel.
I used http://3dp.rocks/lithophane/ to create 3mm thick curved Lithophane. Under settings, Image settings I added a 3mm border.

The base includes a hook for a cable tie to stop the power cable from pulling out.
The cable is 6mm OD. The switch is a 2 pole switch with a cutout dimension of 13 x 19mm.

The box is held together wih 4 M3 x 16 self tapping screws.
