Longer Arm and Raised Camera Mount Remix for Prusa MK2 Camera Bed Mount

After upgrading the fan to the noctura fan, the original mount was too short as the fan hit the camera. I created this mount to move the camera further out, raise it up and also added a slot for the ribbon cable.

I've attached 2 models for the left and right of the printer.
