Is your bed shaking like hell at speed other than slowww? Well, you can either spend a lot of time, labor, and matetial to print a new stronger bed support (still going to be weak from all the connections of parts) or you can reinforce that weak acrylic support that’s prone to bend and warp and shake easily with simple add-on.

Use super glue to completely fuse the whole part to the acrylic.
Simple, fast, clean.. save you time, labor, material, and a lot of headache.. EXTREMELY EFFECTIVE.
Should work on most acrylic bed support...
Please check bed clearances (guide mounts, bearing mount, stop switch, etc. )
Resize in slicer to desired length and print.
DOUBLE CHECK clearances before proceed. There is no turning back after the next step!
Apply super glue to all sides, from end to end. Try not to leave any gap between the part and the acrylic. Add more super glue to fill in the gap, that way it will not have any wiggle room to bend and flex. Instant-Cure for the super glue would be a plus.
