spool holder for Geeetech A30

stanco di quel trespolo odioso della geeetech che tra l'altro costringe il bowden a trainare tutto il peso della bobina (senza contare l'aumento dell'ingombro centralina) , ho deciso di far qualcosa di più comodo e funzionale nel modo più semplice possibile.

il porta bobina è dotato di 4 cuscinetti a sfera mod. 6202 (la sigla dopo è indifferente in quanto indica solo la schermatura), ho scelto i cuscinetti per la loro durevolezza e per il ridottissimo attrito fra le parti.

entrambe le parti stanno incastrate e ferme di suo, ma se si vuole per sicurezza si possono fissare meglio con delle brugole da M3 dove ho disegnato i fori

io personalmente stampo sempre a 0,1 ma potete scegliere liberamente la risoluzione.

AGGIUNTA

con alcuni filamenti ho notato che tende a spostarsi uno dei 2 porta bobina, per lasciare sempre la possibilità di stampare senza supporti ho fatto un semplicissimo supporto da incollare, potete scegliere se stamparne uno o 2, aggiungendo questo il porta bobina dovrebbe stabilizzarsi completamente!

tired of that hideous perch of the geeetech that among other things forces the bowden to tow all the weight of the reel (not counting the increase of the unit size), I decided to do something more comfortable and functional in the simplest way possible.

the spool holder is equipped with 4 ball bearings mod. 6202 (the acronym is indifferent in that it only indicates the shielding), I chose the bearings for their durability and for the very low friction between the parts.

both parts are fixed and locked in place, but if you want to be sure you can fix them better with M3 screws where I have designed the holes

I personally always print at 0.1 but you can freely choose the resolution.

with some spool I saw that it tends to move one of the 2 reel holders, to always leave the ability to print without supports I made a simple support to paste, you can choose whether to print one or 2, adding this the reel holder should stabilize completely!
