Description

Ajustement micrométrique du FDC Z.
Cet ensemble est composé de 3 pièces, la base, la coulisse, et la molette.
Il est destiné à permettre un réglage fin de ce fin de course à la place de la pièce fournie en standard. J'en ai eu besoin à la suite de l'isolation du lit, que j'ai passé en 220V, avec une isolation coton de 3mm. Il est donc complémentaire à l'encadrement (CR-10 Glass Blocker Frame, N° 2748245) .
Les pièces seront imprimées dans la position ou elles sont présentées, les supports sont faciles à retirer.
Testez le bon glissement de la 2ème pièce avant montage définitif.
Vous utiliserez l'écrou pour contraindre la tête de vis dans la molette avant de l'insérer dans la coulisse.
Enfin, vous utiliserez un petit tournevis plat pour approcher l'écrou nylstop de la position idéale.

Vous aurez besoin de:

  • 1 vis tête hexagonale M5*40
  • 1 Rondelle étroite M5 (Øext 10mm)
  • 1 écrou M5 ep.4mm
  • 1 écrou M5 Nylstop ou borgne

Micrometric adjustment of Z limit switch.
This set consists of 3 pieces, the base, the slide, and the scroll wheel.
It is intended to allow a fine adjustment of this limit switch in place of the part provided as standard. I needed it as a result of the insulation of the bed, which I upgraded in 220VAC, with 3mm coton insulation. It is therefore complementary to the frame (CR-10 Glass Blocker Frame, N° 2748245).
The parts will be printed in the position where they are presented, the supports are easy to remove.
Test the good slip of the 2nd piece before final assembly.
You will use the nut to constrain the screw head in the scroll wheel.
Finally, you will use a small flat screwdriver to approach the nylstop nut to the ideal position.

You will need:

  • 1 hexagon head screw M5 * 40
  • 1 narrow washer M5 (Øext 10mm)
  • 1 nut M5 ep.4mm
  • 1 nut M5 nylstop or one-eyed
