Precision Piezo Orion Mount for CR-10 with E3D v6/Volcano with module mounting design for fans.

A new hotend and Orion Piezo mount to bolt onto the existing CR-10 metal mount, and allow the use of an Orion Z-probe with fans for cooling the E3D and for part cooling.

[22/10/2019] Uploaded two prototype mounts adding Zesty tech Nimble support to this mount. I have not tested these, however if you wish to use the provided mounting screws from the Nimble, you will need to use the raised version (Nimble raised 1cm). Please let me know if there are any issues with this mount.

Also uploaded shortened versions for potential use with a mosquito hotend. Please test......a mount for the mosquito under the piezo will still be required, unsure of the thickness required and as such height and fit might not be perfect. Please let me know if there are any issues with this mount.

[03/08/2019] Uploaded new version of Prusa? style fan mounts. Currently having some teething issues with these when exported from blender. Test printing with 3dFillies PETG at 0.15mm ... SUCCESS!!!

I still need to make improvements and positional corrections to the fan mounts, but they are usable in their current form.
