Plague Doctor Mask

As I have glasses not all masks suit me very well. That was why I decited to print my own mask this year for Halloween. Immediately I thought of this type of mask that were supposedly worn by plague doctors during the plague era from the 14th till the 19th century in Europe.

To make it fit even better, I changed the mask by adding two eyepieces to fit over my glasses. Also I removed the original straps and rivits so that I could use real ones instead. Since the original mask was too small I have scaled it up a bit. This gave the mask more clearance around the head, and I could remove the breating holes to make the mask even more realistic. The print is cut into parts to minimize supports.

Please read carefully as I have used some tools and additional materials after printing to make this Mask a succes. Feel free to scale the model to fit your needs as it is quite a lot bigger than the orginal and needs some post processing for a perfect fit.
