V Hood remix for Spirit Halloween Proton Pack

This is a modified V Hook that combines the Rail from WindDrake with the Hook from Fer451.
I also added holes that line up to the screws on the wand so that it can still be opened after gluing to the Rail on.

Note that the peg on the wand needs to be trimmed short, but not completely removed. Leaving some of the peg helps to align the Rail and adds some support.

Edit - Added a slightly modified Male side of V Hook with the wedge widen to match the angle of the mated part.
