r2d2 dome top lift adpater mod

This is a new dome topper that fits Mr Baddleys r2 dome build, it has a lip to lock centered and a hole to allow a bolt to be passed through, then through the modified top for masal's lift system. This will allow for the lift system to be bolted on and not just glued. His system accommodates the periscope and life scanner to lift.
