Prusa i3 MK3 LCD Top Bracket

A bracket to mount the LCD to the top of the Prusa i3 MK3. This is a remix of the original Prusa i3 MK3 spool holder and the LCD front mounting bracket.

The version pictured (lcd_bracket.stl) is not flush with the faceplate. If the print head assembly is raised within about 1 cm of it's maximum height, the filament sensor cables might snag on the LCD cover. I've added lcd_bracket_flush.stl which is recessed and should place the cover flush with the faceplate, though I haven't tested it yet. Let me know in the comments if it is recessed enough.
