Retaliator Open Pump Kit Project

I have created a full 3d printed pump kit for the Nerf Retaliator. This is still under construction. The premise behind the project is to use mostly 3d printed parts. It may not be the strongest design but it should fit the need of most of the modders out there. Be sure to keep checking in for updates!

At this point the priming arms are too thin and will need to be made wider to improve their rigidity and provide more clearance for the screw securing the arms to the shell.

You will need to mirror the priming arm in your slicing program in order to print both sides. The slider will require supports.

You will need 4x 4M 8mm countersink screws and 4x 4M nuts.

I have uploaded an improved priming bar. I have cut away some of the excess material around the bolt sled interface. I have also increased its thickness and added a groove. It should resist bending and buckling.

There is another version of the REV 2 priming bar that will allow for the use of other types of M4 bolts.

I am still working on some compatible pump grips so stay tuned!

I added two more arms to the pump kit. There have been issues with the pins shearing off so I made some modifications.

Rev 3:
Uses an M4 Screw to interface with the bolt sled. There is a cutout on the inside for an M4 nut to keep the screw in place. I have not tested these arms so you will have to find the right length screw for it.

Rev 4 Nut Free:
There is no cut out for a nut in Rev 4. The hole diameter is 3.5mm and you can thread in an M4 screw or another similarly sized imperial screw.

More priming bar options!

Rev 5:
This version builds on version 4 and has more material around the screws that connect the bars to bolt sled.

Rev 6:
This version the same as Rev 5 but the bars have been filled in.
