Description

"OZNProbe" is a high-precision Z_Probe that uses an optical endstop and gravity, nothing else!
With "OZNProbe" I had a deviation of "0.005 mm", see the image taken from "M48" test with "MK4duo" firmware, 64 msteps, 800 steps/mm.
t has the same fixing system as the BLTouch but imho it is much more precise.
Some tests with the original BLTouch did not give me results lower than "0.03 mm".
"OZNProbe" requires an optical endstop, easily available at very low cost ($2), and some M3/M4 screws and bolt.
It's perfectly compatible with my Kossel Effector (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2747120) but you can easily install it in any 3D Printer.
If you use my effector this is the probe shift: "Y -18.25", "X +31.65".
When the probing is completed, obviously the key must be pulled out upwards.
In order to note lose the key I created a stand for 2020 profile (requires an M4 T-nuts).

"OZNProbe" è un Z_Probe ad alta precisione che utilizza un endstop ottico e la gravità, nient'altro!
Con "OZNProbe" ho avuto una deviazione di "0,005 mm", vedi l'immagine rilevata dal test "M48" con firmware "MK4duo", 64 mstep, 800 step/mm.
Ha lo stesso sistema di fissaggio del BLTouch ma è molto più preciso.
Alcuni test col BLTouch originale non hanno dato risultati inferiori a "0.03 mm".
"OZNProbe" richiede un endstop ottico, facilmente repetibile ad un costo irrilevante (meno di due dollari), ed alcune viti e bulloni M3 ed M4.
È perfettamente compatibile con il mio "Kossel E3D V6 Effector" (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2747120) ma si può facilmente installarlo in qualsiasi stampante 3D che abbia il fissaggio per il BLTouch, o stampando uno dei tanti adattatori che si trovano su Thingiverse.
Se s'utilizza il mio effettor questo è lo shift della sonda da settare nel firmware: "Y -18.25", "X +31.65", la Z dipende dalla vostra printer.
Quando il probing è completato ovviamente la key dev'essere rimossa manualmente, ed è l'unico handicap di questo Z_Probe, quindi sconsigliato a chi esegue il probing prima di ogni stampa.
Per non rischiare di perdere la key ho creato uno stand da fissare al profilo 2020 (richiede un M4 T-nuts), in modo da poterla appoggiare alla fine dell'utilizzo.
