Description

Ho creato questo fan duct per la mia Delta Linear Plus dopo aver montato l'E3Dv6 originale, perchè non era più possibile montare il duct originale, a causa della enorme dimensione del blocco riscaldante dell'E3Dv6 originale rispetto a quello Anycubic. Inoltre hanno anche altezze leggermente diverse, ho provato molte duct ma senza successo e alla fine ho preferito ridisegnarlo da zero, e dopo tanti tentativi, è venuto fuori molto bene, pensate che tra E3dv6, capricorn e questo duct la mia retrazione è passata da 6.8 a 2.8 mm. Il duct ha un fondo molto spesso e si mantiene a circa 2 mm dal piatto, in modo che non si deformi ne possa toccare, ma internamente l'uscita dell'aria è in diagonale verso il basso, e almeno per come ho montato io l'E3Dv6 punta perfettamente verso la punta del nozzle e i layer senza neppure sfiorare il corpo del nozzle o il blocco riscaldato.

I created this fan duct for my Delta Linear Plus after installing the original E3Dv6, because it was no longer possible to mount the original duct, due to the huge size of the original E3Dv6 heating block compared to the Anycubic. They also have slightly different heights, I tried many duct but without success and in the end I preferred to redesign it from scratch, and after many attempts, it came out very well, think that between E3dv6, capricorn and this duct my retraction has gone from 6.8 at 2.8 mm. The duct has a very thick bottom and is kept at about 2 mm from the plate, so that it does not deform it can touch, but internally the air outlet is diagonally downwards, and at least for how I have assembled the 'E3Dv6 points perfectly to the nozzle tip and layers without even touching the nozzle body or the heated block.
