Version 1 (ohne Kennung) = komplett 3D gedruckt, großer Servo als Bremse, kleiner Servo als Lenkung
Version 2: Holzbodenbrett, großer Servo für Lenkung und Bremse
Version 3: wie 2, jedoch Karosse etwas anders aufgeteilt, Stütze vorn mit 4K Mutter oder Einsatzmutter
Version 4: wie 3, jedoch Karosse so aufgeteilt, dass es auch auf einem SLA Drucker gedruckt werden kann. Wenn SLA, dann empfehle ich "Siraya Tech blu" alles andere ist Müll (ich werde nicht dafür bezahlt :-)

Ich hab die neue Version jetzt noch stabiler aus geführt. Ich habe dazu die Bodenplatte aus einer 9mm Birke Multiplex Platte gefräst. DXF Zeichnung als auch PDF (1:1 A2 Format) angehängt. Ich habs mit einer CNC Fräse erstellt. Wer etwas lustig ist, kann auch von Hand die Bodenplatte mit einer kleinen Laubsäge erstellen.

Dazu hab ich dann alle Aufbauten umgeändert so dass es mit der Holzplatte zum verschrauben geht.

Dann hab ich mir einen Müffeldrucker (SLA) zu gelegt. Dazu hab ich die STL Dateien so abgeändert, dass man es auch mit einem so kleinen Drucker ausdrucken kann.

Dann hab ich auch noch neue Räder dazu erstellt. Die werden einfach mit einem 60 mm O-Ring bespannt, dann hat man richtig gute Räder. Je mit 2 Kugellager, ID4mm, AD11mm.

Grundsätzlich haben die Seifenkisten Ihren Dienst auf der Messe erfüllt. Es haben sich im harten Messe Einsatz aber gezeigt, dass da noch Luft nach oben ist. Vor allem der kleine Lenkservo hat sich als Schwachpunkt gezeigt. Deshalb hab ich konstruktiv nach gebessert. Die V2 Teile sind mit 2x den SUNFOUNDER Servo. Ich hoffe jetzt hält die Lenkung länger. Mal sehen, es ist ja bald wieder Messe. /// Nachtrag. Der Servo hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt.

Für eine Messe-Veranstaltung habe ich diese voll funktionsfähigen Seifenkisten erstellt. Diese sind im Maßstab 1:5.

Für die Räder habe ich in eBay 60mm große Möbelrollen mit Gleitlagern gefunden. Diese werden über DIN Passschrauben an eine 6mm Messingachse geschraubt. Man kann natürlich jede andere Achskonstruktion nehmen, solange diese in den Aufnahmepnkten 6mm hat.

      I have now made the new version even more stable. I milled the base plate from a 9mm birch multiplex plate. DXF drawing as well as PDF (1:1 A2 format) attached. I’ve created it with a CNC milling machine. If you are a bit funny, you can also create the base plate by hand with a small fret saw.

For this I have then changed all the superstructures so that it goes with the wooden plate to screw.

Then I put on a smear printer (SLA). I changed the STL files so that you can print it with such a small printer. Then I also created new bikes for it. They are simply clamped with a 60 mm O-ring, then you have really good wheels. With 2 ball bearings, ID4mm, AD11mm.

Basically the soapboxes did their duty at the fair. However, it has been shown in tough trade fair use that there is still air up there. Especially the small steering servo proved to be a weak point. That's why I made constructive improvements. The V2 parts are with 2x the SUNFOUNDER Servo. I hope now the steering lasts longer. Let's see, it's almost Mass again.

I created these fully functional soapboxes for a trade fair event. These are on a scale of 1:5.

For the wheels I found 60mm furniture castors with plain bearings in eBay. These are screwed to a 6mm brass axle using DIN fitting bolts. Of course you can use any other axle construction, as long as it has 6mm in the mounting points.
