With this guide you are going to loose SD card support, but hey, who cares, use cable.

I couldn't install my BLTouch on Ender 3, watching tutorials on youtube or going to and search on forums. I took all informations and errors that i found online and modified the firmware. This guide is only for people that uses Petsfang with stock hotend and 5015 fan. I downloaded a modular support for ender 3 (you can find it between petsfang files) that had a place on the left of the petsfang.

Before following this guide, install Arduino IDE on your computer:
https://www.arduino.cc/en/Main/Software

And Download this file modified by me:
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1C0J3WZUy6wQzJF_XMRIUHiV6YeTQtaDD

unzip the folder and put it on desktop

  1. Firstly you have to unlock the bootloader and upgrade the firmware:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QWwtbmg_AxQ

  2. Then follow this guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KoCvwPZUkBI
Follow this video from 00:00 to 13:04

Note: Connect with cable your Ender 3 and Computer before opening TH3D

When you open TH3D, 1)go to Tools, Board, select "Sanguino 1284p"
2)go to Tools, Processor, select "ATmega1284p (16 MHz)"
3)go to Tools, Programmator, select " AVRISP mkll"
4)go to Tools, Port, select "Select your port"

  1. Now upload to your Ender 3, click on the right arrow (that is positionated on top left)
and wait. When upload is finished, disconnect cable from ender 3 and pc.

  2. Don't close arduino on tour pc!

  3. Connect again Ender 3 and PC with cable and switch on Your Ender 3

  4. Follow again this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KoCvwPZUkBI
    From minute 19:44 to 25:49

  5. Now close Arduino, Disconnect your Ender 3 from pc but don't power off Ender 3

  6. Adjuste Z offset following this guide:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q5M7DvdMcew

Try to print cable clip STL file
