Pure Neemo (1/6) Scale BJD (With Scaling Instructions)

NOTE 2024: I am glad to see this file is still so popular! A project I made before even knowing what I wanted to do with my life, using an old program that came with my first real FDM printer, still getting downloaded and enjoyed today makes me happy. It also makes me realize how long I have been in the hobby!

There have been some issues in the past with thieves printing noncommercial, free ball-jointed doll models for retail sale across the internet. For this reason, I intend on keeping this file preserved as-is: where the user must do the scaling themselves per this description's instructions. While I am much more capable of posting correctly sized models now than I was when this was posted, I would hope keeping these files as-is may help at least a little.

This doll is a remix of Solomon262's 1/3 scale anime BJD. I used my 3D printing slicer (Repetier) to scale it down to a smaller 1/6 Pure Neemo M scale. My print settings can be found below along with scaling if you wish to print on this scale too. Please see the Print Settings section for more info on printing this doll.

Changes made:
-Ankle joint in calves made smaller to accommodate for smaller feet, will work in 1/3 scale and may enable 1/3 scale, 1/4 scale, etc clothes to be worn with some finessing.
-Face edited, given fangs, pointed ears, and narrowed eyes. Eyes can be customized by carving, as I did in the example photos.
-Breasts significantly reduced in size + smoothed, neck thickened in middle
-Some files in this download have not been altered, but are still included in order to have everything I used in the doll.

Hands and feet were attached using small S-hooks made out of 18 gauge wire and the doll itself was strung with 2mm black elastic cord. Will likely take either 8 or 10 mm eyes in 1/6 scale, depending on the dome of the eye. Sanded as thoroughly as I could then varnished with a thin layer of Liquitex matte varnish.
