Christmas star with 3mm leds

The 3mm leds are inserted at the backside. There is some room in the box for a simple electronic circuit. An ATtiny85 combination with an ULN2003 ic would create the possibility to blink the leds. The photograph shows partly installed soft fade leds. All colors change slowly. With a power supply of 5 volt, no series resistors are required, unless you want to dim the light.
