FABI Foosball Edge Replacements

These are replacement parts for the FABI "home" foosball table as shown in this link, https://billiard-tables.ca/collections/fabi-fas-foosball/products/fabi-home-foosball-table

My workplace has one of these tables and the edge pieces were getting destroyed so I designed and fitted some new ones and they're working great now.

You can re-use the existing screws, however you will have to take a knife to the fiberboard to remove material that the old screws pulled up.

Note, the countersink is UNDERSIZED. We manually drilled the countersink so that the screw would sit perfectly flush.

I printed the pieces so the "top" face was on the bed so that it would be as smooth as possible, so rotate as needed. You'll also probably have to scale 1000% because of silly exporting reasons. The pieces are rather large by necessity, the corner should be 193.9mm x 237.8mm x 41.5mm

If you need the opposite corner, just mirror all the pieces.

If you want a tight fit between the corner and side piece, you might want to file/sand the bottom of the corner piece a little.
