AKLP carriage with tensioner

This is a mod of pfjasons Modified Anycubic Kossel Linear Plus Carriage Tensioner

Because i couldn't get his steel spacers i decided to mod his greatly improved design that was originally drawn by Old-Steve ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2653647 ). I placed longer cones (and supports) to reach the width of 52mm and made the holes in them a bit tighter (3mm) as they were in Old-Steves design. By the latter the bolts are now hold without any slack. Following a hint from Jason i also made the cone ends thin enough to allow the necessary free moving space of the rod hinges. Since the boltheads also limit the free moving space i made some spacers. They should be AD 4,2mm ID3,2mm. if they come out too tight just draw your own with more ID.
25mm M3 bolts for the rods fit perfectly for me.

20190123 UPDATE
When i mounted mine i awared that the belt fixing gap on the slider was too tight and the bulge was hindering me to push the belt into the gap. That's why i removed the bead and widened the gap a little.
