Taurus LCD cover and knob

I hacked up the Prusa LCD cover (R2 version) to complete the Taurus look. Purely cosmetic. I made a better knob though. Install just like stock parts.

BTW, I was shocked how un-ergonomic the stock lever-knob thing is after I swapped it out for a real knob. Enjoyment factor went up 10x. I would not have predicted that, even though, in hindsight, that thing was super fiddly and frustrating.

recommend 0.15 layer with 45 degree bridging angle, PETG. Note that there are two hidden supports in PCB clip on underside, in addition to two in card slot. Snap out with pliers.

If you are starting with a stock MK3, the Taurus upgrades with make your printer:

• print higher quality (seriously)
• easier to use
• more reliable
• look better (I hope)

Add Skelestruder for the best MK3 you can get.

Update 2/5 I added an multi-material version just because I was learning how to create them. There are six colors so you will need to merge two and set how you like. Load all 6 stl into slic3r at one time using mmu printer profile.

Update 1/15: small tweak to make reset button text more prominent. Added few more knurls on knob.
