BV3D Biqu TL Smoother Board Placeholder Model

While designing mounts for TL Smoother boards, I found it very helpful to have a placeholder model to ensure that I had enough room around the smoother board, and to make sure the mounting holes were aligned.

So I took careful measurements with digital calipers, and created this model in Tinkercad.

I used this in the design of

• BV3D Cable Keeper & TL Smoother Mount (Wanhao i3 Plus, MMSP) and
• BV3D TL Smoother Tandem Mount (Wanhao i3 Plus, MMSP).

If you want to design your own TL Smoother mounts, you can use this model in your design, too!

I think the TL Smoother boards are all the same size, but these are the ones I modeled in Tinkercad: Biqu TL Smoother (Amazon).

This model is not intended to be printed. Its purpose is to give you a virtual representation of a real-world object to ensure your own designs will fit that real-world object.
