Microscope Articulated Arm (SMD Soldering Scope)

I bought this inexpensive scope for inspecting and soldering surface mount electronics.

This mount lets me keep it on the wall and holds it above my PCB to do magnified soldering, or just inspect the work after it's done.

I'm using a raspberry pi to look at the images, and it's a little latent at full resolution, but at 800x600 it's very quick.

I made the interconnecting arm on the table saw from plywood. They are 3/4"x3/4"x6". The slots are about 1/4", but I made them a good fit. M4 or #6-32 screws for the pins.
