Description
This is a no-solder lithium ion battery pack frame.
just need a length of 12gauge wire that you put in the built in groove.
In Version B and C, you can use nickel tape (recomended)
I think stranded wire is better than solid, it will compress a little and give better contact.
various pack designs available, 1s20p, 2s10p, 1s16p, 2s8p, etc..
I have uploaded the 123d source file, so if you want to edit, download 123d design from the internet archives.
I Printed at 50% fill, best settings. I use ABS,230 tip temp, 90 plate temp.
Just print, lay in the wire or nickel tape and snap in the batteries!!
Don't forget to use a Battery management system (BMS)!
Tolerances are tight on this one, use electrical tape on the edges, or scale it down to get a tight fit.
Print at 99% scale
print the twin stack first to get the scaling right, varies by printer
