Print with TPU
20% infill is totally fine,
Use Supports if you want nice looking holes.
Tree supports recommended as they leave no marks on the bottom side.

EDIT: Added V2 i opened up the USB hole a little bit wider to also make room for the microphone, since it was partially covered.
