Description
I saw a Contour Gauge devise for Duplicating Contours and thought that could be very useful and I could use that for cutting difficult tile to match perfectly up to the wall that had odd angles or shaped wood casings. Why buy something like this when you can 3D print it easily. This is version 1; I think I will add an inch and cm ruler on the top section.
The housing is 3 pieces held together by 4, 20mm long M3 screws and nuts. I labeled the bottom and middle with a "B" and "M" respectively on 1 end. The housing is 150mm long.
You will need ~60 gauge depth or gauge fingers and those will fit around the middle housing piece with some effort. The gauge fingers are 165.61mm long.
Update 4/26/19:
Added smaller gauge finger at 135.61mm long.
