Description
This is the Titian Aero Extruder Carriage complete setup for the Robo R1+ or R1. This thing has front and back fan mounts and a specialty chain setup that will press onto the Z-axis. This was designed to be completely accessible so you don't have to painstakingly thread wires in or out if you need to change something. The pictures are of an earlier version that has been redesigned and improved. Currently it will still require a belt tensioner, but I'm working on integrating that into the carriage. This design uses the ED3 Slimline motor.
Originally I replaced my stock hotend with an E3D V6 hotend and had a PTFE tube come up to the hobbed bolt for flexible filament, but it always seemed get messed up. So I purchased the Titian Aero and designed around it using some inspiration from some others on Thingiverse.

Fan Design based off: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1000756
For best results with flexible filament use the loosest setting on the filament tensioner.
The only piece that requires support is the "Robo R1+ Titan Aero Carriage".
I used the standard bearings for the R1 Carriage
I did not change any settings in Marlin for Z- height or print bed area, I'm sure this can be optimized.
The endstop bolt (M3) I cut to length at 30mm.
Print the Carriage and Fan mounts in PETG.
