UPDATE: This project is now complete! As you can see its sitting on my truck. Since I started modeling it so long ago and shelved it, I began the modeling process in centimeters, rather than millimeters. So all pieces should be increased by 1000 percent in size or set your slicer to cm rather than mm. It sticks to the roof of my truck quite well with magnets, I have driven up to 70 mph on the freeway and it has not come off or even moved.
The model has 10 percent infill on the rocket, and 40 percent on the stands, which worked great for me.
I believe my supports were set to a 50 degree overhang for the rocket, which is fairly standard.
These are the magnets I sized my model to fit. make a stack of 1x2x2 magnets in each square hole. (note: if you end up needing to reduce the model size, the magnets will be a tight fit):

The only other items you will need besides magnets is super glue and paint.
I just used model paint to paint it,and to get the lettering painted, I globbed on a bunch of red paint, and wiped it off the surface with a wet paper towel. The letters should stay filled in.
Once you set the magnets in the feet, glue the feet to the legs, and glue the legs to the rocket.
