Wetsuit hanger

Robust wetsuit hanger.

No more moulded wooden hangers, no more broken plastic hangers.

This wetsuit hanger was designed to withstand wet and heavy neoprene suits that need drying or storage.
Wide shoulders should prevent unnecessary material stretching.
Hook mount design should prevent pullout.

This is easily printable with ABS on Replicator 2x using 0.3mm resolution, 2 shells and 30% infill. I have used HIPS supports for 'Neck' and 'Link' parts.
'Shoulders', 'Neck' and 'Hook wedge' need gluing before assembly. I have used acetone/ABS self made glue mix.

Attempts to print 'Shoulder' parts with supports on R2x result in failed prints - some kind of positioning glitch secondary to size of the model (Makerware slicer).

Bear in mind that this hanger (made with above settings) will use approx 365g of ABS material (about $11 filament cost) and will take just under 17h to print....
