Description
So I had a bunch of these 2020 brackets (see picture and link below) but needed 3030 corner brackets so I decided to make an adapter to convert them...
Remixed from sbucityzero's "The BEST 3030 corners." thing. I made his thicker and customer fit the 2020 brackets.
I printed them as positioned / uploaded without supports. They don't come out perfect on the underside as parts of this need to be bridged. However, they came out good enough and the 2020 bracket covers up that part anyway.
FYI, the pictured one was a "draft" print at 0.3mm and 10% infill for fitting purposes. You can print a bit nicer at 0.2mm, etc.
Make sure you consider the need for longer screws. These work with M5. Normally, a M5x10 is used for 2020 extrusion but with 3030 you may need something like M5x15 to allow for the additional thickness of the corner bracket.
