Lowrance 7 1.5" Ball mount

Here is a 'ball style' mount for the Lowrance 7 series of sounders. It is suitable for the Lowrance 7" Gimbal Bracket (part number 000-11019-001) which suits the following displays;

Lowrance HDS Carbon 7,
HDS-7 Gen 3,
HDS-7 Gen2 Touch,
Elite-7 CHIRP/HDI,
HOOK-7
HOOK2-7

Printed using 4 perimeters and 70% 'Grid' style infill. The aluminium rod is knocked into place after applying some adhesive to the inner hole of the mount (See photos for example). This gives it 'peace of mind' reinforcement as it is a load bearing part, and makes it basically impossible to snap the ball shaft section.

The hardware requirements are as follows;

4x M6 x 20mm Stainless steel 'button' or 'Cap' screws
4x M6 Stainless Steel Locknuts (10mm x 6mm)
1x 45mm x 6.3mm Aluminium rod (Or any relevant sized bolt/screw section etc)

This part is made to work with a 1.5" Ball mount system. Please see my other Thingy https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3384911 for a printable 1.5" Ball mount system, then substitute the Garmin mount for this Lowrance mount prior to printing.
