Bondtech BMG Upgrade MK3S FDM printable new sensor integrated

This is a remix of the Original Bondtech BMG Upgrade extruder to integrate the new MK3S filament sensor.
I did also some modifications to be friendly printable with FDM printer.
It has 4 point screws to install the stepper motor instead of 3 like the original from Bondtech (edit: restored 3 point screws)
I included n°2 versions of the sensor's cover to use with PC4-M6 or PC4-M10.

UPDATE 1 05/03/19 ******* I added a version of the extruder body with a square nut instead of the M3 threaded insert , if you choose to print this version you have to use in combination with "Hinge with 2 mm recession". Added Step files.

UPDATE 2 05/03/19 ******* new sensor cover, please print this version, in the previous i missed the hole for the screw of sensor, sorry!!

UPDATE 3 20/03/19 ******* corrected the filament path after the sensor. (thanks to Gabe Condrea).

UPDATE 23/03/19 ****** some minor changes on the extruder path and the filament sensor section. Added file lever.stl instead to download from my .step file

UPDATE 14/04/19 ****** Removed the fourth hole screw because it was unusable without special screw.
