Convoy C8 Gasket 3030 & 4040 LED

Custom gaskets / spacers for the Convoy C8

By default, it comes with a spacer for a 5050 LED, which is too big for Cree XP-L Hi or OSRAM KW CSLNM1.TG LEDs

This gasket has the same focus as the default C8 gasket but may be modified for a better focus.
Also, you may want to consider changing the inner rectangle size so it works with your printer. My Prusa i3 Mk3 works with 4.0 / 3.1 mm

I'm not 100% sure if PLA is the right material as the LED can get pretty hot, but I think it will work since it mostly helps alignment when the flashlight is assembled.
