Star Wars Old Republic puzzle/secret box

The Old republic puzzle box, which can be opened by discovering first the cover, then the "force" (which is a cut nail) and at the very end the use of centrifugal force.

Not so easy to discover how to open it for people who do not 3D print it ;-)

It is so cool to see how friends are different when they tried to open the box.

Note: the part 4 is huge (90mb) and not displayed here but no worry, these parts are included in the zip file you will download.

Prerequisites:
2 nails inside the box and 4 nails outside.

4 nails are needed: 3 nails, which are called lockers and one nail called the "Force".

Once opened, the box hides a secret: the head of Darth Vader (The great one modelized by csl0304.(https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1191485)

Details:

The 2 nails inside:
10 mm of length with a diameter of 2.30 mm.

The other 4 nails
a - A big one: 50 mm of length with a diameter of 2.55mm.
b - Two middle nails: 30 mm of length with a diameter of 2.55 mm each.
c - The last nail is the one called: the "Force": 35 mm of length with a diameter of 2.30.

Open the PDF document and 2D print the text. Cut each strip of text and put each of them as shown on the pictures.

Mount steps:

Once you have cut all the nails, follow the instructions :

1 - Put the first inside nail (10 mm length) in place (left side or right side, start with the one you prefer).

2 - Put some strong glue on one of the little part 2.

3 - Put the little part on top (covering the nail inside)

4 - Repeat the steps 1,2 and 3 for the next side.

5 - Ensure, once glued, the nails inside can move freely.

6 - Push the nails inside the previous assembled part and then put the part 3 on top of it.

7- Put now, the part 4 (the big ornament part with the old republic logo) on top of the part 3. DO NOT USE FORCE, if the part 4 does not enter correctly on the top of the part 3 then rotate the part 4 and it will fit better.

8 - Shake all and at this step, the nails will enter in the box so the puzzle box is now closed.

9 - To add more difficulties, put the 4 nails where they have to be, as shown on the pictures.

8 - To open the box, get out all the outside nails with the "force" and finally use the centrifugal force by twist/rotate the entire box on a table for instance to open it.

Get out the Darth Vader head: this is the gift of the box.
