Use a Dremel to cut away the pump housing on all four pumps. Cut just a bit after the red plastic ends and the white starts.

I found some thin plastic tubing that worked a shim and press fit into the props, then epoxied them on to the pump shafts after filling the pump shaft recess with grease and covering it with a thin plastic disc.

I filled the electronics box with 90 weight gear oil then capped it with melted parafin. Then added a little silicon sealant to the gasketed lid and installed it.

I cut this stuff into 10 foot lengths and covered the junctions with 1 foot lengths of 1/2 inch pipe insulation. I don't yet know if the floatation is too little, too much or just right...

Circuit Board -I can make you these relay boards (holds 8 relays) for $50 each.
If you want to make your own I've included the artwork in negative for use with the dry film photo resist process. This board would need two jumpers on the two pairs of relay/motor outputs that are end to end (+ to - and - to +) >> only one can be 'on' at a time.
