Description
Sunday is bathing day.
My daughter has a squeaky frog with which she can splash around water.
My son has a small boat that he happily shoves through the tub. Only me, I have nothing. I want something too.
I want a working wind-up boat!
Everything can be printed in PLA.
You also need some screws and nuts:
2x M3x10 (optional to fix the gearbox in the mainbody)
4x M3x20
1x M3x25
4x M3x30
1x M3x40
4x Nyloc nuts M3 for the moveable gears and the spring
6x regular nuts M3
Do not tighten the Nyloc nuts!
If the bevel gears does not run very smoothly for you (and it has to run very easily), then you can increase the backlash by putting foil or something waterproof between the axle holder and the bearing holder until it runs smoothly.
Das hier ist jetzt der 4. Versuch, ein funktionierendes Boot für die Badewanne zu konstruieren. Und dieses Mal hat es Tatsächlich geklappt.
Es schaft etwa 2-3 Meter. Auch durch Schaum durch. Ihr Braucht folgende Schrauben und Muttern:
2x M3x10 (optional zum verschrauben des Getriebes mit dem Rumpf)
4x M3x20
1x M3x25
4x M3x30
1x M3x40
4x Nyloc Muttern M3
6x Normale Muttern M3
Wenn bei euch das Kegelrad nicht ganz leicht läuft (und es muss ganz leicht laufen), dann könnt ihr das Flankenspiel vergrößern, indem ihr zwischen Achhalter und Lagerhalter so lange Folie oder irgendwas anderes Wasserfestes legt, bis es leicht läuft.
Vergewissert euch, dass ihr euren Extrusionsmulti optimal eingestellt habt.
